Booking and Advance Payment

A tutoring booking may require advance payment to confirm the selected package or sessions. Unless otherwise agreed, a minimum 50% advance payment may be required to secure a tutoring booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Students and parents should provide reasonable advance notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Rescheduling is subject to:

Repeated late cancellations or missed sessions may result in a session being considered used.

• Tutor availability
• Reasonable advance notice
• The applicable tutoring package

Tutor Concerns

If a student or parent has concerns regarding an assigned tutor, Top Tutors Finder may review the situation. Where appropriate and subject to availability, we may attempt to provide an alternative suitable tutor.

A tutor change does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the booking, services already delivered, unused sessions and the applicable package. Where a refund is applicable and approved, fees for successfully delivered sessions may be deducted.

A refund cannot be requested solely because a student did not achieve a particular grade, examination result, test score, university admission or other academic outcome.
